Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of SAMT (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation.

1. The Service

SAMT is a console for checking mobile numbers, managing recipient lists, and sending messages over WhatsApp, SMS and email through messaging providers that you connect with your own credentials.

You are responsible for choosing and maintaining your provider accounts. SAMT acts on your instructions and does not send messages on its own behalf.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, all applicable laws, and the rules of the messaging providers and networks you send through.

You are solely responsible for the content of your messages, for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, and for honouring opt-out requests.

4. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the numbers, lists, message content and other data you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content only to operate and provide the Service to you.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy & Data Protection notice.

5. Third-party providers

The Service integrates with third-party messaging providers. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, and their availability, pricing and policies are outside our control. Charges you incur with providers are your responsibility.

6. Fees

Any fees for the Service will be described at sign-up or in a separate order. Messaging costs charged by your providers are separate from, and additional to, any SAMT fees.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect the Service, other users, recipients or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your messaging activity, your providers, or your failure to comply with applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [your-contact-email].
